Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials may result in suspension if it leads to misuse or unauthorized bookings.

Services and bookings

Guest content
Guests may submit reviews, photos or comments about their stay. By submitting content you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant evoitmax a license to use it.
You retain ownership of original content you submit, but you grant evoitmax a worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display and share that content on our site and promotional materials.
The license you grant allows evoitmax to use submitted content to promote services, improve offerings and share guest experiences across channels, for an indefinite period unless removed under the removal policy.
Do not post content that violates privacy, is defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from your submissions.
If you request removal of your content, we will review and act when appropriate, though copies may remain in backups or where required by law.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, images and materials on evoitmax.club are the intellectual property of evoitmax or licensed to us. Use of our activity or content without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, evoitmax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our liability for direct losses is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant booking.

Termination
